Pricing
All prices are stated in Australian Dollars and are GST inclusive.
Prices are subject to change at any time, we endeavour to keep the web site up to date but sometimes items are missed.
Freight
All freight will be forwarded via Australia Post, unless you have your own courier that you prefer to use. There will be a standard $15 freight charge per invoice. No freight charge for orders over $100.
Payment
We accept American Express (+2% surcharge), Mastercard or Visa; direct deposit to our account or money orders and cheques prior to delivery of goods
Back orders
When an item is out of stock we will notify you and advise you of a possible delivery date. We will then send it to you at the later date or cancel the order at your request.
Refunds
We will gladly refund or exchange faulty goods as long as they are returned in original condition. Please advise us prior to sending the goods back and what your complaint is. We may be able to remedy the problem over the phone.
